With almost two decades of service to Essex County, Daniel Meegan has worked as a licensed REALTOR® with experience in Trusts, Estates, Bankruptcy and traditional real estate sales. While at Suffolk University Law School, Dan worked with real estate clients dealing with Bankruptcy and Bank Foreclosures and he used skills learned in the field and at law school to protect them from the consequences of their predicament while successfully selling their property. His direction changed after a fateful conversation with Corporations Professor, Richard Vacco Esq., who suggested that he could better serve his future clients as a REALTOR®. Before moving full-time into real estate, Daniel completed classes in Property, Land Use, Mortgages & Conveyancing, Bankruptcy, Contracts and Corporations. While not an attorney, the knowledge gained in law school has served him and his clients while they navigate the challenges of Probate sales. Daniel has earned the title of Vice President for J. Barrett & Company in acknowledgement of his annual sales success.
